A correction we can investigate
Include the full branch address and postcode, a link to its page, the hours you believe are correct and when you checked them. A dated photo of a public opening-hours sign can help. Please avoid including other people’s faces or private information.
Contact the bookmaker for betting matters
Shop Opening Times is an independent information directory operated by G.J.A Tech Ventures Limited. We cannot access betting accounts, trace a bet, process a withdrawal, pay winnings or resolve a dispute with a bookmaker. Use that operator’s own support channels for those matters.
What happens to an enquiry
We use the information you send to assess the issue and respond where appropriate. A report is not a guarantee of an immediate change: conflicting or undated information may need further checking. Do not email passwords, payment details, identity documents or betting account information.
